Sexual encounters code

The sexual encounters folder has no `init.py' file. As a result, it is interpreted as a native namespace --- not really part of the JUNE model.

For now, the decision has been made to leave it out of the automatic documentation framework until communion with those who know better --- Gavin Woolman 3/9/25
